في حال استلام منتج تالف أو وجود خطأ في الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الاستلام مع إرفاق صور توضح المشكلة، وسيتم التعامل مع الطلب حسب الحالة.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the case accordingly.
